  • Labneh, Artcaffé Market Deli
  • Artichokes, Artcaffé Market Deli
  • Beetroot
  • Marinated Feta, Artcaffé Market Deli
  • Sundried Tomatoes, Artcaffé Market Deli
  • Pomegranate arils
  • Olive bread crisps
  • Za’atar crackers, Artcaffé Market
  • Dill
  • Grilled Red Grapes
  • Sumac and Za’atar, to sprinkle

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread labneh over a dish of your choice. You can use a butter knife or teaspoon to do this.
  2. Over it, arrange the artichokes, beetroot, marinated feta, and sundried tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle over dill, sumac and za’atar.
  4. Serve with bread crisps and crackers.
