“Artcaffe Group”, “us”, “we”, “our” means the entities forming part of Artcaffe Coffee & Bakery.

“Third Party (ies)” means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or body who is authorized to process Personal Data under our direct authority.
Lawful basis for Processing Personal Data

We will collect and process your Personal Data in accordance with the principles below:

The performance of a Product/Service Agreement with you.
Our legitimate business interests such as processing your orders, managing payments, to recover debts and to study how our customers enjoy our products/services.
Compliance with a mandatory legal obligation such as tax and financial reporting requirements such as those stipulated in the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act, No. 9 of 2009 as amended from time to time.
