TURKEY & GOOSEBERRY BAGUETTE

INGREDIENTS

  • French baguette, Art Bakery
  • Sliced roasted turkey, Artcaffé Market Deli
  • Brie
  • Eli’s Organic Gooseberry Strawberry with Chilli Jam, Artcaffé Market
  • Rocket
  • Cracked pepper & salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop off the ends of the baguette. Then slit the baguette lengthways to form a gap between the two halves. Be careful not to slice all the way through.
  2. Spread gooseberry jam on the upside and base of the baguette. Be generous, it packs a flavourful punch.
  3. Layer a handful of rocket leaves on the base.
  4. Cut brie into slices, about 1.5cm thickness. Stack on top of the rocket leaves.
  5. Depending on the size of the turkey slices, fold the slices in half and place them on top of the brie. You can put as much turkey as you like.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and close the baguette. Enjoy right away or store in the fridge for later.
