INGREDIENTS

  • 180g Art Bakery brownie bites
  • 3 tbsp Artcaffé Market tree tomato jam
  • 3 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Artcaffé Market vanilla syrup
  • Handful of seasonal berries


  • DIRECTIONS

    1. In 2 small mason jars tightly pack down 3 brownie bites each.
    2. Spoon over 1 1/2 tbsp of the tree tomato jam per pot and top with mixed berries.
    3. Layer with more brownie bites.
    4. Melt the chocolate sauce in the microwave at 15 second intervals till runny.
    5. Top the brownie bite cookies with the chocolate sauce.
    6. Add the whipping cream, sugar and vanilla mixture to a bowl and whip till soft peaks form. Add in the mascarpone cheese and whip till stiff peaks form (this will happen fast).
    7. Transfer the cream to a piping bag with a nozzle of your choice and pipe over your trifles.
    8. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
