STICKY BBQ WINGS

INGREDIENTS


  • 500g chicken wings, cut at the joint
  • 2 tbsp home baking flour
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup signature Artcaffé Market BBQ sauce

DIRECTIONS


  1. Preheat oven to 120°C.
  2. Pat the wings so that they are as dry as you can get them.
  3. Mix together the home baking flour, corn flour, rice flour, baking powder and salt and toss the wings through them so they are lightly dusted.
  4. Place them in a single layer over a wire rack in the oven and bake them for 30 minutes.
  5. Increase the heat to 200°C and bake the wings for a further 50 minutes. Check if they are crispy and golden brown then remove the wings.
  6. Heat the barbecue sauce in a pan and toss the wings through. Serve hot.
