INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Art Bakery vanilla tea cake
  • 500ml whipping cream or double cream
  • 2 tsp Artcaffé Market vanilla syrup
  • 1/4 cup of icing sugar
  • Mixed berries
  • Dried citrus slices
  • 2 tbsp passionfruit pulp


DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the cream with an electric mixer until frothy.
  2. Add in the icing sugar and vanilla. Continue to beat until soft peaks form.
  3. Spread the whipped cream over the loaf cake, decorate with berries and dried citrus however you like. Get creative.
  4. Just before serving drizzle the passionfruit pulp over the cake.
