    This ready to roll marzipan is a great time saver for those busy bakers. The smooth marzipan is of a natural colour and is perfect for covering or modelling. Made from a traditional blend of the finest almonds, giving it its distinctive taste. Simply knead the marzipan, roll it out, drape it over the cake and then smooth over. Each 1kg pack can cover a 10 inch round cake or a 9 inch rectangular cake.

    Sugar, Almonds (26%), Water, Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Humectant (sorbitols), Ethanol.
