Preparation Instructions

1. Peel and in uniform cubes cut watermelon and cucmber to a similar size. 2. Grate lemon zest with the small side of the grater. 3. Fine chop basil leaves, cube feta cheese 3. Incorporate all ingredients together - 15g of lemon zest, cubed watermelon & cucmber , feta and fine chopped basil 4. Place on a deli plate and garnish with the remaining lemon zest and crumbled feta - basil may also be added if necessary.
