    Ingredients

    Chickpeas, Broccoli - Tenderstem, RosemaryCorn Oil, Red Onion, Cranberries, Almond Flakes, Feta Cheese, Salt, Black Pepper

    Preparation Instructions

    1. Wash all fresh ingredients thoroughly and use 3 container system. 2. Soak chickpeas overnight and boil the next morning on a medium heat for 15 minutes. 3. Trim broccoli to the recommended size - preferably use tenderstem broccolini if available. 4. Blanch in hot water for 5 minutes, once bright green remove and place in ice cubes - and remove after 5 minutes. 5. Fine chop rosemary, chop cranberries, and dice red onions. 6. Mix together oil, black pepper and salt for dressing and incorporate ingredients together. 7. For garnish use cranberries and almond flakes.
