1. Preboil water - blanch baby potatoes with skin - once cooked remove and cool under slow running cold water. 2. Once cooled - cut potatoes lengthwise into quaters - 4 pieces. Marinate with salt, black pepper, and corn oil 3. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes at 200d until golden brown. Once cooked remove and cool 4. Remove pit from olives and slice in jullien. 5. Rough chop capers. 6. Thinly slice red onions and sundried tomatoes as jullien. 7. Rough chop dill. 8. Crumble feta and incorporate all ingeredients together with french dressing.
